Let it Bloom Community

What We Believe

What is Let it Bloom?

Let it Bloom is a community programme for women who are ready to grow — in a warm, honest and judgment-free space. Through live events, online sessions and group coaching, we explore who we are, what we want, and how we want to live.

🌱

Inner Work

Self-inquiry, coaching exercises and mindfulness practices that help you connect with what truly matters — in a guided, caring environment.

🕊️

Embodied Living

Moving beyond the mind — we integrate body, emotions and values so you can live and lead from a more grounded, authentic place.

🎨

Creative Expression

Using art, writing, movement and storytelling as tools for self-discovery — because growth doesn't only happen in theory.

🤝

Community & Connection

Surrounding yourself with women who truly see you — honest conversations, real support, and the magic that happens when people show up fully.

The Story Behind It

How Let it Bloom was born

Let it Bloom grew out of a simple but powerful question: what would it look like if women had a real space — not to perform, but to just be?

Marta Novella and her co-founder Alessandra came together with a shared vision: to create a community that blends the depth of coaching with the warmth of genuine human connection. Both experienced the isolation that can come with living abroad, navigating professional transitions, and trying to stay true to yourself in a world that pushes you to be someone else.

The first Let it Bloom event took place in June 2024 at Hemma Yoga in Munich — a circle of women sitting on the floor, flowers on the table, and the simple courage to be honest with each other. From that moment, something bloomed.

Today, Let it Bloom is a growing community of women — the Bloomers — who meet regularly, online and in person, to explore, grow and support each other.

Our Promise

"You don't have to have it all figured out.
You just have to be willing to show up — as you are."

The People Behind It

Meet the Team

Alessandra Azzolin
Co-Founder of Let It Bloom

Alessandra is an architect, writer, and mother of two. Originally from Italy, she spent many years in Munich after arriving in 2012 for her studies — and unexpectedly falling in love with the city and the life she built there.

In 2019 she created The Italian Pot, a blog she affectionately calls her "third child". What began as a personal diary about life as an Italian mother abroad soon became a trusted space for slightly disoriented parents trying to understand Munich — and maybe even call it home.

Through her witty and thoughtful writing, Alessandra captures everyday life abroad through the eyes of a working mother navigating identity, culture, and family life.

Now based in Madrid, she continues to write and collaborate on projects around motherhood, identity, and new beginnings. Within Let It Bloom, she brings her storytelling voice and her beautiful ability to turn lived experiences into shared reflections.

Marta Novella
Co-Founder of Let It Bloom

Marta is a coach, facilitator, entrepreneur, and mother of Viola. She is the founder of Novella Coaching & Training, where she works with leaders, teams, and organisations on leadership, communication, and trust.

Originally from Italy and now based in Munich, Marta has lived, studied, and worked across several countries. With more than a decade of experience in leadership development, HR consulting, and coaching, she supports people in gaining clarity, courage, and direction in moments of change.

Yet beyond the corporate world, Marta has always felt the desire to create spaces that are more personal and human — places where conversations can go deeper and people can reconnect with themselves.

That desire gave birth to Let It Bloom: a community for women navigating transitions, new beginnings, and the quiet (or bold) desire to grow. Through gatherings and group coaching experiences, Marta creates spaces where people reconnect with their voice, their energy, and their next step.

Serena Morselli
Collaborator · Systems Thinker & Community Builder

Serena is fascinated by how people make sense of complexity and navigate moments of change. Inspired by Japanese philosophy and aesthetics, she is naturally drawn to simplicity, harmony, and thoughtfully designed structures where ideas and creativity can unfold.

A systemic thinker by nature, she enjoys connecting seemingly distant dots, recognising patterns in complex situations, and translating insight into clear frameworks. She also has a natural ability to read the room and sense the dynamics that shape how people think, collaborate, and grow together.

Originally from Italy and based in Munich since 2018, Serena's professional experience spans digital transformation and organisational design.

Within Let It Bloom, she contributes her systemic perspective and thoughtful approach to designing spaces where women can connect, reflect, and grow — both personally and professionally.
