Hey, I am Marta. 

I am the founder of “Novella Coaching and Training”.

I lead a dynamic initiative that delivers comprehensive coaching, training, and HR consultancy services for both businesses and individuals.

My approach?

Leveraging my extensive experience as a Senior HR People Manager, certified Professional Coach, and Trainer, I craft tailored transformational journeys. These journeys are designed to unlock hidden skills within individuals and organizations, enabling them to reach their full potential.

  • 10 + years’ experience in People’s management (L&D, HR Business Parter, Trainer and Coach) in both start up and corporate world
  • Certified Professional Coach
  • Experienced trainer in both corporate and start up world (More than 1000h of training experience)

Personal

  • Mom of Viola
  • Multicultural family (my partner is German) – together we speak 6 different languages
  • Expat: I lived and worked in 6 different countries
  • Author of the book “Al di là dell’orizzonte” on my world travel in 2019

Education

  • Master in Global Studies / International Relations (Consortium of 5 University partners, base in University of Leipzig)
  • Bachelor in Foreign Languages for International Trade
  • Studied in 5 different countries
